Washee provides luxury mobile car wash services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including hours of availability and content, without notice or liability.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Washee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking our services, including vehicle details and location. You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.

6. Liability

Washee is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have inspected your vehicle and reported any existing damage before service begins.

In no event shall Washee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
